Education must precede training
There is a big difference between training and education. While education involves providing information and communicating to trainees, training is lot about practice and honing skills. Today’s generation are more interested in training than education. However there is a problem to this want.
If we do not educate young minds before we train them, it could lead to many problems. A good example is when one tries to learn driving. Prior to anything, you need to know the every thing pertaining to laws and driving. Only after you learn this you can consider getting behind the wheel. If the education does not precede training, the results can be undesirable.
